Puducherry: Congress leader V Narayanasamy Tuesday alleged that Rangasamy-led government here had violated court directives in posting employees in government departments and said the party would seek a CBI probe into the matter.

"The Congress will present a petition to Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh this week to urge him to order a CBI probe into the bungling and illegal procedures the Rangasamy-led government is adopting` in posting employees in government departments and undertakings," he told reporters here.
The AICC General Secretary and former Minister of State in PMO alleged that some officers and Heads of departments were also adopting `utterly unjustified practices` to offer jobs through the backdoor without adhering to the directives of the Madras High Court given way back in 2010.
The court order clearly stipulated that there should be notification of jobs in the newspapers and only through Employment Exchange any recruitment should be made. But this directive is being violated, he claimed.
