A bomb was recovered from Falaknuma Express in West Bengal\'s Capital City, Kolkata on Wednesday. Placed by some unknown miscreants, the bomb was found by the Railway Protection Force officers at the Howrah Railway Station when the train had made its stop.

A suspicious cylinder raised the alarm in the train and immediately the bomb disposal squad was called. The squad took the bomb to a discrete area and defused it thus preventing a huge incident. If the bomb had blasted in the Railway station, it could have led to drastic consequences.
