Book on Library Science released

Nellore: A book on "Services and Facilities in Engineering College Libraries in ICT Environment" was released by Union Minister of State for Petroleum and Natural Gas Panabaka Lakshmi and senior Congress leader and MP V Hanumantha Rao at a function held at Audisankara College of Engineering & Technology near Gudur. The book was compiled and edited by S Raghuram, the Chief Librarian of Audisankara Group of Institutions. Speaking to the media on the occasion, S Raghuram said that the special and unique feature of the event is that it is the for the first time that the book of its kind was brought out in the JNTUA region. He expressed hope that the book would prove to be useful to the Library Science students, research scholars and working librarians by the depth and scope of its content.
