Sand sculpture display on Ugadi

Srikakulam: A sand sculpture on the occasion of Vijayanama Ugadi was formed at Palakonda village of the district by well-known sculptor Taruni Misro of LNpeta on Thursday. The villagers thronged the place to take a look at the sculpture.

Speaking on the occasion, Misro hoped that the New Year will bring prosperity to all and wished that everyone would have the courage to face the various ups and downs of life that are common in every man's life like the six-flavoured Ugadi Pachchadi.

He thanked the people of the district for honouring him.
