Kavitha Under Fire Over Telangana, J&K Comment. Member of Parliament and TRS leader K Kavitha was booked for anti-national remarks on Monday.
Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao's daughter and MP, K Kavitha drew flak for her anti-national comments on Monday. The TRS leader has been booked for her damaging statements.
This is the not the first time Kavitha has faced the wrath of people. Earlier, the MP was in the line of fire for saying that Hyderabad had been forcibly merged into India. A few acitivists also filed a PIL aganst her for making such a controversial statement.
Reports suggest that Kavitha said that a few parts of Kashmir belonged to Pakistan. the TRS leader has been booked under Sections 124A (Sedition), 153B (Imputations, assertions prejudicial to national-integration), 505 (Statements conducing to public mischief) of the Indian Penal Code.
