Hyderabad: The high court made it clear to stop the Hunger Strike by the junior doctors. Court warned the Junior Doctors that charges will be filed against them if they don’t stop their strike.
The court took up the investigation this Monday. The court made it clear that the industrial and labor acts are not applicable to the junior doctors. The court issued a statement that JUDAs are not daily labors and that they don’t have any right to go on a strike.
The JUDAs are conducting the Hunger strike against the government’s decision to make them working the rural areas. On the other hand patients are suffering due to the lack of emergency services.
