Hyderabad: CPI State secretary Chada Venkat Reddy has warned the TRS government that it would organise agitations if the government failed to fulfill the assurances made during elections. Demanding that the State government should fill up vacancies of 2006 qualified junior linemen immediately, the qualified linemen staged a dharna at Indira Park here on Monday. Expressing solidarity with them, Chada Venkat Reddy asked the State government to give appointment orders to the qualified candidates within 10 days or else the CPI would launch an agitation.

The CPI leader also reminded that Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao had warned previous governments during the Telangana movement that TRS could wage a war in case their demands were not fulfilled by then government and questioned KCR to answer as to whom with CPI has to fight now. Alleging that Telangana government was doing injustice to the DSC candidates, the CPI secretary alleged that the Chief Minister was behaving like a king.

He said one has to first meet the Ministers if one wants to meet the Chief Minister. Lamenting that KCR’s assurances were confining to the papers and were not being implemented practically, Chada warned the government that the CPI would launch a movement against the government bringing together contract and outsourcing employees and students to one platform.
