ALEAP (Association of Lady Entrepreneurs of AP) in partnership with British Council encourages more women to be responsible to share activities which are taken up by government. “Our programme aims to create a ripple effect and disseminate social enterprise expertise to women in communities across India,” said Dr. Guru Gujral from British Council India.
“Around 50 per cent of India’s population is under the age of 25 and 65 per cent under 35. So supporting the new generation of young women social entrepreneurs is an important agenda. They will inspire others in the coming years and support more sustainable and inclusive growth,” he added.
