Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao and Union Minister of Minority Affairs Najma Heptulla will be the chief guests at `Taleem ki Taquat', a conference on how education can energise communities. The conference will be held at Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) on Sunday.

This Third edition of the conference will emphasise on empowering different communities, particularly the Muslim community, and how to accelerate the process of bringing them into the mainstream through the use of the process of Taleem or education.

The first edition of this conference was held in Mumbai on August 3, and the chief guest at that event was the Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Devendra Fadnavis.

The second edition was held in the Patna on September 5, with chief guest being the Union Minister of Information and Technology, Ravi Shankar Prasad.

Zafar Sareshwala, Chancellor of MANUU, will be presiding over the conference. The conference will be attended by Md Mehmood Ali, Deputy Chief Minister, Justice M Y Eqbal, Supreme Court Judge, K Kavitha, MP, Kishore Kharat, MD and CEO, IDBI Bank and Shamshuddin Mohamed, Chief Imam Mecca Masjid, Chennai.
