IT and Panchayat Raj Minister KT Rama Rao speaking to the media at the TRS Bhavan in Hyderabad on Thursday said that he would attend the Amaravati foundation ceremony if he receives an invitation. Affirming that the bifurcation has benefited AP, KTR said that whoever opposed the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh will be wondering over the exceptional developments in the state particularly the construction of a World Class Capital.
KTR further said that the relations between the people in Telangana and AP have not strained. The Minister added that the states should compete in development rather than conspiracies.
