TRS will win 80 seats
Panchayat Raj Minister K Taraka Rama Rao has claimed that the political conditions in Hyderabad have changed drastically and the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) would win over 80 seats in the forthcoming GHMC elections.

Hyderabad: Panchayat Raj Minister K Taraka Rama Rao has claimed that the political conditions in Hyderabad have changed drastically and the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) would win over 80 seats in the forthcoming GHMC elections.
In an informal chat with media persons here, KTR said while TRS would sweep the GHMC elections, Congress party would not be able to win even 10 seats, and Telugu Desam Party would be completely wiped off. He admitted that the people of Hyderabad did not trust the TRS in 2014 elections.
However, they have developed a special liking for TRS government and Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao due to their exemplary performance during the last 18 months.
KTR said the main contest during GHMC elections would be between the TRS and Bharatiya Janata Party.
