Red Cross President and District Collector P Satyanarayana Reddy advised the people to take proper care in view of increased temperatures. On Monday he released a pamphlet on ‘Precautionary measures to be taken in summer” at the Collectorate here on Monday. The pamphlet was prepared by Red Cross Mothkur branch.

Speaking on the occasion, the Collector said that the soaring temperatures touching 40 degress in March month itself suggests the summer this year would be more hot. Keeping the rising temperatures, the people of the district must follow the precautionary measures suggested by experts to avoid sun stroke and other health problems.
He appreciated Red Cross members, who designed summer awareness leaflets for the welfare of public. Red Cross district president Goli Amarender Reddy, Dr Laxminarasimha Reddy, Dr Kiran and others participated in the programme.
