SCR GM calls for steps to ensure safety
South Central Railway General Manager Vinod Kumar Yadav on Monday stressed upon the need to take foolproof measures during summer.
Hyderabad: South Central Railway General Manager Vinod Kumar Yadav on Monday stressed upon the need to take foolproof measures during summer.
Addressing the principal heads of all departments and Divisional Railway Managers (DRMs) here, Vinod Kumar Yadav directed the officials to ensure that rail fractures are welded.
He asked officials to adhere to safety norms during inspections. He suggested that all the DRMs monitor the track and signals in view of the ensuing monsoon season.
He stated that all measures would be taken to ensure safety and punctuality of train movements for the entire Zone. The General Manager presented the man of the month awards to the staff for rendering commendable service.
