Addressing the media here on Friday, Laxman said the BJP was against providing reservations on the basis of religion. Coming down heavily on KCR for making contradictory statements that the government would raise the issue in the ensuing Winter Session of the Parliament and also would keep its options open to go to Supreme Court in case, the Center denies, he added.
He said that showering praises on Nizam also was a ploy to divert people’s attention from the problems being faced by various sections. He said that his party would expose the nexus between the TRS-AIMIM before the people and their new agenda of communal vote bank politics to come to power in 2019 general elections.
He said that the new agenda by both the parties were meant to divert people’s attention from the growing unrest among different sections of the people in the State. The situation of farmers has been turning from bad to worse day by day. He said the Azama Jahi rulers in the State had looted the wealth of the people, imposed untold hardships on the farmers, pilgrimages
