Hyderabad: Ahead of the National Ayurveda Day (Dhanatrayodashi), statewide celebrations are being organised by the Department of AYUSH, Telangana government, from November 1 to 5, an Ayush Dept press note said on Thursday. Campaigns promoting Ayurveda, essay writing competitions, Ayurveda Run-2018 on November 4, free mega medical camps, specialty departmental exhibitions of Ayurveda, will be held at various Ayurveda colleges and district headquarters.
On November 5, which is celebrated as National Ayurveda Day, Bhagawan Sri Dhanvantari pooja and homam will be held at BRKR Government Ayrurveda College at Erragadda. Department of Ayush has invited people to attend the celebrations in large numbers.
