GHMC staff found using synthetic finger prints
Viswajeet Kampati, Director, Vigilance Enforcement, GHMC, said that for the last two weeks a lot of complaints from various sources were received about irregularities in the attendance of sanitation workersBased on the information and as per the directions of the Commissioner, the six teams Vigilance Enforcement have been deployed in 6 areas where each team visited and made inspects
Himayat Nagar: Viswajeet Kampati, Director, Vigilance & Enforcement, GHMC, said that for the last two weeks a lot of complaints from various sources were received about irregularities in the attendance of sanitation workers.Based on the information and as per the directions of the Commissioner, the six teams Vigilance & Enforcement have been deployed in 6 areas where each team visited and made inspects.
At Charminar, Kukatpally, Moosapat, Malakpet, LB Nagar it was found out that sanitary field assistants (SFAs) were using synthetic finger prints. They were caught red-handed. Of the 17 SFAs who were committing irregularities, 9 SFAs were using synthetic finger prints and the remaining were indulging in different irregularities. A detailed report had been prepared which will be placed before the Commissioner for further action, said the Director, Vigilance & Enforcement, GHMC.
