The government had issued orders in this regard on Sunday night.

The outgoing Collector D Divya had made her mark on the district administration. She took charge as the Collector of Adilabad district on December 18, 2017 and served the people of Adilabad district for two and a

half years.

From the very next day after taking charge of the office, she toured extensively and focused on public health. She embraced the challenges of the government and embarked challenge with authorities. Paying special attention to the farmers, she provided bank loans during floods that took place in the district in 2018 and provided shelter to the home-less people.

Divya was honoured with rare recognition by National Disaster Management Authority after recognising her services.
