Gold worth Rs 19 lakh seized from a passenger at Hyderabad airport

The custom officials seized 655 gms of gold from a passenger at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) on Thursday night.
The passenger who arrived from Dubai by Ek528 is learned to have smuggling golf to the city. He concealed the gold in his baggage in belt buckles and purse rings wherein the gold was coated with steel and copper coated flowers.
The worth of gold is estimated to be of Rs 19,71,433.
