NTPC-Ramagundam exceeds 2018-19 targets

Ramagundam: The NTPC-Ramagundam has generated 18547.9 million units (MU) with plant load factor (PLF) of 81.44 % in the financial year of 2018-19 surpassing the MoU target of 18,231 MU.

The station also recorded Declared Capacity (DC) of 89.34 % which is well above the CERC norms of 85%. The 10-MW solar plant also did well during 2018-19 financial year with a generation of 15.05 MU against the target of 15.00 MU at CUF of 17.20%.

In ash utilisation, the station has achieved above 100% for second consecutive year. During 2018-19 financial year, the station

utilised 110.31% of ash compared to 100.95 % in 2017-18.
