Salaries from next month based on FRS attendance

Nagarkurnool: District Collector Hemanta Keshav Patil has directed government departments in the district to ensure that every officer and employee is registered under the Facial Recognition System (FRS) by the end of the month. He said employees working at the mandal, division, cluster, and village levels should also be brought under the FRS.

The Collector held a review meeting on FRS-based attendance at the Prajavani meeting hall of the Nagarkurnool Collectorate on Monday, along with Additional Collectors B. Chennayya and Deva Sahayam. He directed department officials to verify the total number of employees working in their respective departments against those registered in the FRS and complete pending registrations immediately.

Patil said the FRS system should be implemented effectively to accurately verify employee attendance and the actual staff strength in all departments. He noted that some employees were yet to be registered and instructed the concerned officials to take special measures to complete the process. “Departments such as Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Horticulture are already using their respective software systems, while employees of other departments should use the available e-SPS FRS system for attendance,” he said.

The Collector directed officials to coordinate with the EDM in case of technical issues during registration and resolve them promptly. He made it clear that department heads would be responsible for ensuring proper registration and daily attendance monitoring.
