Karimnagar: Mavarapu Vijay Bhaskar Reddy has been elected as the Chairman of Veenavanka Cooperative Society at a special meeting held here on Sunday. 13 cooperative society directors were elected for Veenavanka Society.
Kamidi Kavya (Director of Valbhapur) and M Vijay Bhaskar Reddy (Director of Elabaka) had contested for the Chairman post and Vijay Bhaskar had won the seat by 9-4 votes. Gajula Mary was elected as the vice-chairman.
Health Minister E Rajender, Veenavanka ZPTC Mada Vanamala Sadavareddy, MPP Musipatla Renuka Thirupathi Reddy, Sarpanches Kantha Reddy, Raghupal Reddy and Yella Reddy, TRS leaders M Komraiah , Lalmohammed, M Venkatesh and Thirupathi Reddy congratulated Vijay Bhaskar on the occasion.
