Anantapur: BIT Institute of Technology (BITIT) celebrated Guru Purnima on a grand note on Tuesday. The college Chairman Dr P Chandra Mohan performed Guru Pooja to Aswardha Narayana Swamy on the occasion.
He directed students to respect their parents and teachers and to be in unity with fellow students. Later, he distributed books to 300 students of Bullisamudram Government High School in Madakasira mandal. College Principal Dr A Ramesh was present.
