The gas leakage from the HP tanker was reported at Ethakota Toll Plaza of Ravulapalem Mandal in East Godavari district on Tuesday afternoon. The incident occurred while the HP gas tanker was travellingMandal from Visakhapatnam to Vijayawada on the National Highway at East Godavari.
The people at Ethakota toll plaza were left in panic after the gas leakage. However, there are no casualties reported while firefighters from Kothapeta fire station entered the spot and controlled the gas leakage with water.
