Rajahmundry: It is been more than 10 days the boat accident took place at Kacchulurui at Devipatnam in Rajahmundry. As many as 38 bodies were recovered so far and about 11 more bodies are yet to be traced.
The rescue team has found the boat at 214 feet below the sea level in Kacchluru and the NDRF team is trying hard to get the boat out of the Godavari river. The govt of Andhra Pradesh announced exgratia of 10 lakh for all the victims.
As per the latest reports, the boat victims would 10 lakh more under The New India Insurance company where the boat had been insured.
