Leo Club collects 20 units of blood in Visakhapatnam

As part of the four-day special service project 'Leo Sevosthav’ of Visakhapatnam Leo Club, conducted a blood donation camp at Lions Blood Bank on Sunday.
Visakhapatnam: As part of the four-day special service project 'Leo Sevosthav' of Visakhapatnam Leo Club, conducted a blood donation camp at Lions Blood Bank on Sunday.
About 20 units of blood was collected and donated to the blood bank. The service project also included several programmes. The club members distributed more than 750 sanitary napkins to Classes IX and X of Chandrampalem High School.
This apart, free dental camp was conducted in association with ANITS Dental College on the school campus and distributed toothpastes and toothbrushes to over 225 students screened on the occasion. Lions Club president N V V S Murthy and Leo Club president Jaswanth Kumar were present.
