"Modi government is anti-farmer as can be witnessed from the fact that the present regime hasn't even attempted to resolve the issues of the farmers," said Deve Gowda addressing media persons here.
He regretted over the falling of the democratic values at an alarming rate. "In all my political life, I haven't come across such an undemocratic government like the present regime.
