The Minister of State for Transport and Information Perni Nani has expressed outrage at the village volunteers who have delayed the distribution of pensions. The relevant authorities have been ordered to remove them from duties immediately. Nani on Sunday visited the 21st ward Jawwarpeta Tekia area under the Machilipatnam Municipal Corporation and held a Bhoomi Pooja for the renovation of the 850-meter pipeline and the construction of a new pipeline at a cost of Rs 7 lakh 47 thousand. Later the Minister has noticed that volunteers Rama Krishna and Aparna had delayed granting pensions to beneficiaries at 10 ward in Machilipatnam.

They were ordered to be removed from their duties for negligence. Party Incharge Madapati Venkateswara Rao, Machilipatnam Market Yard Chairman Sheikh Abchaba, Former Municipal Chairman Sheikh Salar Dada, Former Urban Bank Chairman Borra Vital, Sheikh Saida, Shekhar, Valishetti Ravi Shankar have participated in the program.

On the other hand, despite being a holiday on Sunday, the government has made arrangements to provide pensions to the beneficiaries at their doorstep across the state.
