It is well known that South Indian Superstar Rajinikanth recently delivered one of the biggest hits of his career with Jailer 2 movie. As the film already minted more than 820 crores at the ticket windows within 21 days, the makers are expecting it to join 1000 crores club especially by the end of ongoing Diwali long weekend. On the other hand, this movie is all set to stream on OTT soon.

Popular OTT platform Amazon Prime confirmed this news on their official social media page and treated Thalaiva fans. Take a look!

This post reads, “TIGER MUTHUVEL PANDIAN is back. RELOADED #Jailer2OnPrime, Nov 12”.

So guys, Jailer 2 movie will stream on Amazon Prime from 12th November.

Going with the plot, Rajini once again stole the show as ex-jailer Muthuvel Pandian. In the first part, the makers showcased him killing his own son for the betterment of society and now in the second part, he chases down the criminal gang lead by antagonist SJ Suryah. Even the amazing cameos of Hrithik Roshan, Mohanlal and Shiva Rajkumar in this movie added that extra mileage to the engaging plot.

Even Jailer 2 filmmaker Nelson Dilipkumar is all happy with this blockbuster response and shared his happiness by doling out, “The response to Jailer was extraordinary, and the love audiences have shown for Muthuvel Pandian has been one of the most rewarding aspects of this journey. With Jailer 2, we wanted to build on that special connection while taking the story, action, scale, and emotional stakes to an entirely new level. Having Rajinikanth sir reprise his iconic role as Muthuvel Pandian, alongside such a formidable ensemble cast, with Anirudh’s music adding its own distinctive energy, made this chapter particularly exciting for us. Following the film’s spectacular theatrical response, we’re delighted to bring Jailer 2 to Prime Video, where it will join Jailer, taking both chapters of Muthuvel Pandian’s story to audiences in India and across the world.”

Well, this movie also has an ensemble cast of Ramya Krishnan, Yogi Babu, Mirnaa, Rithvik, Jatin Sarna and Sujith Shankar. Jailer 2 is helmed by Nelson Dilipkumar and is bankrolled under the Sun Pictures banner while Anirudh Ravichander composed the film's music.
