The web media in Chennai has now started the chatter on 'Thalapathy' Vijay's forthcoming ' Master' which is the biggest release of the year as far his fans are concerned.
In a YouTube channel ' Valaipechu' which is avidly followed by Tamil movie buffs, both appreciatively and critically for its open talk, the film domain experts who keep updating the subscribers about the developments revealed nuggets on the market gossip surrounding the film. It is being said that Amazon Prime has made an offer to the producers and it is being touted as Rs 175 crore.
While the pundits in the programme opine that the release of ' Master' would open the floodgates for many pending small and medium-range films either on the Net or the theatre circuit, the response from the production house of ' Master' film too deserves a mention.
It is said that the Vijay film makers have demanded Rs 225 crore for release on the OTT platform. More is awaited on this issue in the days ahead.
