Vijay, Rashmika praise ‘Epic – First Semester’

Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna have praised the film Epic-First Semester calling it a beautiful movie capturing the heart of the current generation. The two star bangers watched the Anand Deverakonda and Vaishnavi Chaitanya starrer together in Hyderabad before taking to social media to laud the film’s performances and story.

Vijay called it a beautiful film while praising the director Aditya Hasan for brilliantly showcasing the dreams, responsibilities, and nightmares of today’s youth.

He specifically spoke about the emotional conversation between father and son in the film which left him emotional and even saw him shedding tears. Vijay also praised the entire team for bringing out such an enriching and emotional content on the big screen.

Rashmika too spoke about the relatable elements in the film including the relationship equation. She specially appreciated the story’s take on love and relationships and how it showcased the emotional turmoil of parents whose children are forced to study abroad. According to Rashmika, the sacrifices made by the parents for the children’s future and love were beautifully highlighted.

Epic-First Semester is the talk of the town for its first weekend collections after witnessing a great response in its opening week, partly due to its realistic content and lovable comedy.
