Venu Udugula Announces Chandrayaan With Quirky Motion Poster

Tollywood’s young producer Venu Udugula delivered a blockbuster with his first film Raju Weds Rambai. Although it was made basing a real-life story, the heart-touching screenplay left audiences emotional as they walked out of theatres. Thus, most of them expected Venu to return with a similar concept. But he came back with a comedy entertainer Chandrayan and launched the motion poster a few minutes ago.

Producer Venu dropped the motion poster of Chandrayan on his Twitter page and treated the netizens.

The announcement video is titled, “Mandamarri to Chandrayan” and highlights a rocket carrying everyday household objects into the space. Even the Telangana rooted song also upped the expectations on the movie drops a fascinating question, “what happens when a common man from Telangana dreams of seeing the moon up close?”

The actual plot revolves around three youngsters who decide to build their own rocket using everyday objects like bike tyres, a pressure cooker and dumbbells. But we need to wait and watch to know how they will fulfill their dream and reach the moon.

This movie also features an entirely fresh cast Shiva Kumar Dheekonda, Swapna Priyadarshini, Ravi Sivateja, Vamsidhar, Lokesh and Balagam Satyanarayana. Harsha Praveen is scoring the music and Srinath Chandrasekhar is helming the movie along with providing the story, screenplay and dialogues. This village entertainer is being produced by Praveen Molaka.
