The Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM Lucknow) has announced an 11-month Executive Programme in Brand Management in collaboration with TeamLease EdTech. The programme is intended for working professionals seeking to develop skills in brand strategy, consumer understanding, digital marketing and related business functions.

The programme comprises 132 learning hours, including 114 hours of live online sessions and an 18-hour, three-day campus component at IIM Lucknow. It is open to professionals working in brand and marketing, digital and growth functions, product and business roles, sales, entrepreneurship and related areas.

The curriculum covers consumer insights, brand strategy, integrated communications, digital marketing, e-commerce, performance marketing and customer lifecycle management. Participants will also study areas such as digital consumer psychology, brand storytelling, social media and influencer branding, marketplace and quick-commerce strategies, and omnichannel growth.

AI-enabled marketing and advertising form another component of the programme, alongside topics connecting brand decisions with business considerations. These include unit economics, profitability, financial planning, valuation, governance and cross-functional leadership.

The learning format will include case studies, business simulations, projects, assignments, faculty-led live sessions, practitioner-led masterclasses and peer learning. The programme is structured to help participants examine how consumer insights and brand decisions relate to digital platforms, emerging technologies and business outcomes.

Prof Rajesh Aithal and Prof Priyanka Sharma, Programme Directors at IIM Lucknow, said that the programme addresses the need to understand consumer behaviour alongside digital execution and business considerations. They highlighted topics including customer experience, e-commerce, AI-enabled marketing and the economics of growth.

According to the institute, the programme is open to graduates, diploma holders and postgraduates, with selection based on candidates’ educational background and professional experience. Participants who meet the prescribed academic and attendance requirements will receive a Certificate of Successful Completion from IIM Lucknow.

The programme is scheduled as an 11-month course, combining online learning with campus-based sessions and applied academic activities. Admissions for the upcoming cohort are open, with details on eligibility, fees and the application process available through the programme’s official information channels.
