EARA Group enters luxury real estate

Bengaluru: In a market where buyers increasingly prioritise asset security, be it regulatory clarity or rigorous land due diligence, EARA Group has announced formal entry into the luxury development sector with the introduction of its flagship project, ‘Amidst Nature’, marking a transition from strategic land stewardship to full-scale residential development.

Spread across 18 acres in Kaggalipura, just off Kanakapura Main Road, Amidst Nature is being developed as a low-density, multi-phase community that brings together residential plots, future apartments and select commercial spaces. The project is planned in three phases, with Phase 1 expected to be completed within 18 months, followed by subsequent phases over a three-year horizon.
