In between, she juggles with all the household chores and even satisfies every member of her family with all her hard work.

Today being Mother's Day we request everyone to at least give her rest from the kitchen and prepare her favy dish and surprise her!!!

So, we Hans India have come with a yummy recipe 'Paneer Bhuna Masala' for our readers… Have a look!

Ingredients Needed

• Paneer – 1 cup

• Ghee – 2 tbsp

• Oil – 1 tbsp

• Jeera – 1 tsp

• Onion – 1 cup (chopped)

• Ginger- gralic paste – 1 tbsp

• Kashmiri Red chillies paste – 1 tbsp

• Turmeric powder – ½ tsp

• Red chilli powder – 1 tsp

• Coriander powder – 2 tbsp

• Tomato puree (3 medium sized) – 1 cup

• Salt – as needed

• Green chilli – 2 (chopped)

• Cashew nut paste – 2 tbsp

• Curd – ½ cup

• Water – 250 ml

• Garam Masala – 1 tsp

• Kasuri Methi – 1 tsp

• Coriander – For Garnish

Process

• If you use want to make fresh paneer at home then, curdle the boiling milk adding a few lemon extract drops and then strain the milk using a muslin cloth and tie in for a few minutes until the milk gets separated from paneer.

• In this way, you can get the fresh paneer. You can also use the paneer cubes available in shops.

• Nest take a pan and heat the oil and ghee… Then goes cumin seeds, after they crackle, then add the onions. Allow them to turn golden brown and then goes ginger-garlic paste. Saute them for a while.

• Next goes, red chilli paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder. Mix them for a while and then allow it to cook for a minute.

• Thereafter add tomato puree, salt, green chillies and cashew nut paste. Mix well and allow it to cook for 2 minutes.

• Next add water and mix well and bring it to boil. Then goes crumbled paneer, curd, garam masala and kasuri methi. Allow the whole concoction to cook well for 2-3 minutes and then garnish with coriander and dish it out…
