Vemireddy Prabhakara Reddy lead
Nellore: In the first round of Kavali assembly segment Nellore Lok Sabha TDP nominee Vemireddy Prabhakara Reddy on lead against his YSRCP.political rival Venumbaka Vijayasai Reddy around 1708 votes.
Vemireddy Prabhakara Reddy got 5,357 votes, while Venumbaka Vijayasai Reddy secured 3,649 votes.
On other side Kovuru assembly segment TDP nominee Vemireddy Prasanthi Reddy in lead against her YSRCP political rival Nallapureddy Prasannakumar Reddy in the first round.
On other side Sulurupet TDP nominee Nelavala Vijayasree is in the postal ballot of votes against his YSRCP political rival Keliveti Sanjeevaiah in the first round.

Velagapudi leading in Vizag east segment
Visakhapatnam: In the first round of counting exercise carried out for the Visakhapatnam east constituency, alliance candidate Velagapudi Ramakrishnababu is in the lead.
He gained 6,521 votes, while the YSRCP candidate MVV Satyanarayana secured 3,093 votes. A total of 10,175 votes counted in the first round of the counting exercise.
The vigorous campaigning in the segment aided the alliance candidate get more than double the votes compared to his opponent.
