Beer truck turns turtle

Begumpet: A truck carrying beer bottle cartons overturned here on Sunday night. The truck overturned as driver lost control near pillar number 30. The local police were alerted after the incident, and they rushed to the scene and controlled the situation.

There was a traffic jam after the accident, but police managed to clear the traffic very soon. The truck was coming from Sangareddy and going towards Uppal. The driver was slightly injured and was shifted to the hospital. There were about 1,700 cartons of beer in the truck and police security was arranged to prevent people from stealing the cartons from the site.
