Hyderabad: Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy will visit Nakrekal on Saturday and inaugurate several development works while laying foundation stones for a series of new projects worth over Rs 315 crore.
The Chief Minister is scheduled to arrive in Nakrekal at 4 pm. During his visit, he will inaugurate completed projects, lay foundation stones for new works and subsequently address a massive public meeting at the Rajiv Gandhi Stadium.
Among the major projects, Revanth Reddy will lay the foundation stone for a 33/11 KV substation at Munipampula village, including a 1×5 MVA power transformer, 33 KV and 11 KV power lines and a control room, at a cost of Rs 3.62 crore.
He will also inaugurate a 33/11 KV substation, equipped with a 1×5 MVA PTR and associated power lines, at Gudivada village in Ketepally Mandal. The project was completed at a cost of Rs 2.74 crore.
The Chief Minister will lay the foundation stone for a Telangana Public School building in the Nakrekal constituency, estimated to cost Rs 9.85 crore, and the Young India Integrated Residential School at Kadaparthi village in Nakrekal Mandal, to be developed at a cost of Rs 200 crore.
He will also lay the foundation stone for an integrated mandal-level office complex housing the MDO and MRO offices in Nakrekal, with an estimated cost of Rs 20 crore. Foundation stones will also be laid for road development works worth Rs 45.60 crore, covering the Nakrekal-Gurajala Road–Bairounibanda stretch, Bairounibanda to Ammanabolu-Ramanjapur Road, and widening and development of the Ammanabolu-Ramanjapur Road.
Other projects include a Prohibition and Excise Station building worth Rs 1.10 crore and the inauguration of a newly constructed 100-bed Area Hospital in Nakrekal, built at a cost of Rs 32 crore. Local MLA Vemula Veeresham and Bhongir MP Chamala Kiran Kumar Reddy inspected the arrangements at the venue for the Chief Minister’s public meeting.
