Devotees Allowed to Visit Khairatabad 'Bada Ganesh' from Today

Permission has been granted for devotees to visit the Khairatabad 'Bada Ganesh' from today until the 24th of September. Authorities have made all necessary arrangements to facilitate the visit.

Traffic restrictions are in place around the area, with vehicle diversions daily from 11:00 AM until night. Vehicles from the VV statue are diverted towards Nirankari Junction, while those heading towards the Old Saifabad Police Station are diverted at Rajdoot Lane towards Iqbal Minar. Vehicles from Iqbal Minar towards IMAX are diverted at Mint Compound towards the Secretariat. Vehicles from Necklace Rotary towards Mint Compound are diverted towards the Khairatabad flyover, and those from Nirankari towards the Khairatabad railway gate are diverted towards the Old Saifabad Police Station.

Parking has been arranged at HMDA grounds near NTR Ghat, Race Course Road, and IMAX, with additional parking at Visvesvaraya Bhavan for vehicles coming from Khairatabad Junction.

Police have advised using public transport, such as the Metro and buses, due to expected congestion during the festival period.
