Speaking after taking part in the programme by planting saplings in Hazrat Murad Ali Sha Dargah on the outskirts on Saturday, along with Corporator Shankar Yadav, Dargah Committee members, Muslim elders, he stated that a massive green drive was being taken up in Patancheru constituency in a festive spirit at places of worship, vacant spots, educational institutions.
Reddy pointed out that it was essential that plants should be grown for the benefit of future generations. "Hence, everyone should come forward to take up plantation of saplings," he said, adding that the district administration was ready to supply the required saplings. Among those present included MPTC Member Kumar Goud, TRS activists Liaqath Ali, Wajid Ali, Narra Bikshapati,Vijay Kumar, Imran, Mateen, Chandu.
