Hyderabad: A local court on Tuesday sentenced two persons life imprisonment and also imposed a fine of Rs 2000 each as they were involved in multiple offences prior to committing the murder of their stepmother. The accused were identified as Mahesh Naik and Naresh Naik and were rowdy sheeters.

Abdul Khadar Jilani, Chatrinaka police inspector said, "The accused persons were rowdy sheeters and had committed the murder of their stepmother in 2015 over property disputes. Their father then filed a police complaint and the accused were then arrested and remanded to judicial custody, but they secured a bail later and their case was ongoing in the court.

Finally, the judgment was delivered on Tuesday and were sentenced to life imprisonment.
