Hyderabad: Government Whip Balmoor Venkat expressed strong indignation towards former Minister and BRS Working President KT Rama Rao on Tuesday. Speaking to media personnel, Venkat remarked that while ruling party members possessed the capability to hurl more insults than Rama Rao, their parents taught them basic decency. He asserted that Rama Rao’s behaviour was deeply shameful and accused him of attempting to bring widespread disrepute to his own community. Venkat stated that owing to KTR’s actions, all individuals born into that community were hanging their heads in shame.
Critiquing political developments, Venkat alleged that BRS had transformed into an anti-Dalit political party, while describing the conduct of Rama Rao’s personal assistant and public relations officer inside Assembly premises as appalling. Venkat lashed out, stating that the personal assistant and public relations officer spoke towards the Speaker in the same abusive manner previously displayed by BRS MLC Thatha Madhu. He expressed anger over their arrogant attitude, noting they acted as if BRS remained in power and as though KTR were still the Crown Prince of the state.
