Plea to install streetlights at Venkatapuram

Venkatapuram: The commuter traveling from Venkatapuram-Old Alwal is reeling under darkness due to a lack of streetlights. It is completely dark in the evenings and causing inconvenience to the commuter to travel from the area.

"Locals and commuters are facing problems to ply their vehicles from this stretch during the night. The locals over here have complained many times to the authorities concerned to install the streetlights in the area, but in vain," said Bhargav, a local. The locals requested the authorities to install the streetlight as soon as possible for the free flow of traffic.
