Ready for CBI, ED probe into coal imports: CM Revanth Reddy
Hyderabad: Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy has on Thursday slammed farmer chief minister K Chandrashekar Rao, saying that the latter is responsible for current water and power crisis in the Telangana state.
“The neglect in completing the pending projects, wrong agreements entered with Andhra Pradesh on river Krishna water sharing and the unviable Yadadri power plant taken up during the BRS regime wrecked the Telangana state in availing water resources and generating adequate power to meet the increasing energy demand,” the Chief Minister said after an informal Cabinet meeting here.
The Chief Minister dared KCR to cut off the connection for water supply to his farmhouse in Erravalli from Kondapochamma sagar to Pancha Pandavula Cheruvu via a canal. If not, the Chief Minister said he is ready to visit the place along with BRS leaders KT Rama Rao and T Harish Rao to ascertain the water supply and disconnect the source.
