The government has issued a memo to address concerns faced by approximately 9,000 plot owners affected by the '22A' classification in LB Nagar. A high-level committee has been formed to expedite the resolution of these issues.
The committee is chaired by the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration (CCLA), with the Law Secretary and the Inspector General of Stamps and Registration as members. The issuance of GO (Government Order) No. 524 marks a significant step forward.
This move provides relief to those impacted by GO 118, giving the green light for over 9,000 plots in LB Nagar.
