In the Sultan Bazar Metro Railway Station in Hyderabad, no lift or escalator is available at one entrance, which abuts the busy road. It is difficult for physically challenged persons and senior citizens to climb the steps. I request the authorities to kindly install a lift and escalator urgently.
Only at the entrance on the other side of the road, escalator and lift are available. But the road has heavy traffic, along with dividers. Hence, senior citizens and physically challenged people cannot easily cross to the other side of the road to board the Metro train.
