TRS party is confident to win all the divisions in the coming civic poll in Khammam, said the Sthambhadri Urban Development Authority (SUDA) Chairman Bachu Vijay Kumar.
Khammam: TRS party is confident to win all the divisions in the coming civic poll in Khammam, said the Sthambhadri Urban Development Authority (SUDA) Chairman Bachu Vijay Kumar. On Saturday, he along with ZP chairman L Kamal Raj, Mayor Dr Papalal, party office incharge Gundala Krishna participated in a party preparatory meeting in the town.
Speaking at the meeting, SUDA chairman Vijay Kumar said that party cadre would go to people with slogan of "Earlier and now in Khammam.'' He said that after coming into power, the government has taken up many development works in the town with more than Rs 200 crore.
He also said that the Transport Minister Puvvada Ajay Kumar took initiation for development of Khammam district with the support of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao and urban development minister K Taraka Rama Rao.
Vijay Kumar appealed the party leaders and cadre to obey the orders of party high command in allotting tickets for contesting as corporators. He asked the party workers to work with dedication for the victory of the party candidates in the upcoming elections. The SUDA chairman also expressed confidence about winning in corporation elections and giving it as a gift to Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao.
