‘Ashirvada Deepa’ to mark Modi’s birthday, 25 years of public service

Visakhapatnam: To mark Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday celebrations on September 17, state BJP president PVN Madhav called for lighting an ‘Ashirvada Deepa’ in every home across the country on September 17.

The BJP state president urged people to offer their blessings to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is constantly working for the country’s growth, public welfare, good governance and national security, by joining the lamp of blessings campaign carried out across the country.

Madhav said that the PM has been in public life for about 13 years as Chief Minister and more than 12 years as Prime Minister, dedicating himself to public service for about 25 years. Madhav highlighted that the Central government under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi has taken many key decisions in the political, economic, social and infrastructure sectors of the country in the last 12 years and led a number of development initiatives.

The state BJP president urged people to light the lamp with the hope that India will develop further, every family will prosper and every section of society, including all sections, will achieve empowerment. “Let us pray to God to grant Prime Minister Narendra Modi good health and a long life and strengthen his resolve in building Vikasit Bharat-2047,” Madhav appealed to people. Madhav exhorted party members to ensure their families and neighbours too join the ‘Ashirvada Deepa’ programme on September 17 and underlined the importance of collective prayers.
