Craftsmen asked to get Bhadrakali Ammavari Rath ready by Dasara
Hanumakonda: Warangal West MLA Naini Rajender Reddy and District Collector Chahat Bajpai have instructed craftsmen to expedite the works to make the Bhadrakali Ammavari Rath available to the devotees by the Dasara festival.
The MLA, who visited Bhadrakali Ammavari on Friday, performed special pujas. Later, along with the Collector he inspected the Madaveedhu and Ammavari Rath construction works.
Since a large number of devotees are likely to flock the temple for the Dussehra festival, the officials were advised to complete the construction work quickly with quality standards. He said that the work on the Ammavari Rath has reached the final stage and the artists are making the final touches to the Rath. He said that steps are being taken to prepare and launch the Rath by Dussehra.
The MLA said that once the construction of the Madaveedhu is completed, it will be more convenient for the devotees coming to the temple and will be conducive to the organisation of festival. He suggested that the development works should be completed in a planned manner keeping in mind the convenience of the devotees and the prestige of the temple.
On this occasion, the progress of the construction work, the remaining works and the arrangements to be made by the Dussehra festivals were reviewed with the officials. He instructed to work in coordination to complete the work within the stipulated time.
KUDA officials Ajith Reddy, Bheem Rao, temple EO Sunitha, local leaders Boda Dinna, division president Samad, former president Sangeetha, Golkonda Sambaiah, Krantikumar, Shiva, Rajkumar and others participated in the program.
