GWMC celebrates Praja Palana Dinotsavam with flag hoisting in Warangal
Warangal: GreaterWarangal Municipal Corporation (GWMC) celebrated Praja Palana Dinotsavam at its office on Thursday, with GWMC Special Officer and Hanamkonda District Collector Chahat Bajpai hoisting the national flag.
Addressing officials and staff, Bajpai said Praja Palana was aimed at ensuring transparent and accountable administration in accordance with public aspirations. She directed officials to discharge their duties with dedication and provide people-centric services for public welfare and the development of Warangal city. She said public trust was the foundation of effective governance and urged every official and staff member to uphold it through responsible service delivery. GWMC Commissioner T. Venkanna, Additional Commissioner Isampalli Jona, Superintendent Engineer Rajkumar, Chief Health Officer Dr Rajareddy and other senior officials and staff from various departments participated in the programme.
