Christmas Kanuka kits distributed
Deputy Chairman of Legislative Assembly Reddy Subrahmanyam, has said that the Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu was very particular about the welfare of the state and wanted to gift all Christians below poverty line to ring in Christmas. Christian ration card holders can receive the Chandranna Kanuka kita. He participated as chief guest at the distribution in Kothapeta here on Thursday.

Speaking on the occasion, Subrahmanyam said that the government was distributing six kinds of groceries in the Chandranna Kanuka kit. “Despite the state’s budget deficit, the CM arranged for the supply of commodities necessary to celebrate Christmas.”
Tahsildar N Sridhar supervised the programme.
MPP Reddy Anantha Kumari, MPTCs Busi Venkata Ramana, Reddy Mohan, AMC Alamuru Chairman Eedala Nalla Babu were among those who attended the event.
